Some compound movements with a Medium Gunny Sack loaded to 50kg/110lbs. Squats, Bench pressing, rows, high pulls. I took a few Sandflail & Gunny Sacks out yesterday and got a great session. This is some simple and effective compound movements. Great thing is since I had more Sandflail around I could quickly empty or load more sand to get different weights for different movements throughout the session.
