The Parablocks: My creation I first made about 5 years ago now. I have had shoulder/neck issues most my life (thoracic outlet syndrome to be precise) and for floor pressing movements I need variation in angles & grip to be pain free. I love Shena push up boards but I wanted the different angles & hand variations. The PARABLOCKS were born. I don’t like the standard thinner round parallettes handles so I created this, the dimensions and the finish I use fits so well in the hand and offers so much variations.
